Change Vs Progress

cause and effect
A statement as to why something happens.

Change, in my opinion, is not synonymous with progression because the theory or at least the notion implies change for the better. Depending on the side of change suggests a difference in behavior to encourage progress that moves you forward and beyond. This effort supports an upscale account of how one thinks progressively with the intent to empower.  To mount a platform of change requires sure defiance to being common by being independently different. To insert the idea of change, that change must begin from within the individual. Identifying what needs to be changed is critical to the notion of cause and effect. This effect states an outcome is a result, where a single cause leads to several effects. An example of this definition aligns with short-term and long-term stress, and sometimes several causes contribute to a single effect.

Working as a cousin to change and progress, there exist the idea of manifestation. Being able to ‘will’ what you want serves as the power of the human mind. Therefore, equipping yourself with the thinking tools needed to see your accomplishment before it occurs prepares your mind to function according to its immeasurable output.

I used to think progress or change would take years for me to perfect. I didn’t realize that it takes little changes and effort every day for all of it to build up and produce a noticeable change. Going to the gym has changed everything for me.Results happen so quickly there that I apply them to trying other new things. As long as I put in that daily effort, I’m bound to reach the finish line. I’m still trying to apply this to longterm goals like learning a language or instrument.
