The recurring mind events that inspired my book, 365 Days, My Unveiling Journey, were a pivotal, life-changing time that channeled the importance of my focus into the future. This writing experience forced me to face all my fears, the same ones that allowed me to share this unbelievable story, even for me. This post is not a ‘short skirt’ into my account, but a reenactment of my mental and emotional strength that helps me face difficulties. However, this reality drew me away from the old life. I just left to find this new wave of thought analysis into my introspection of how important life is to me.
This ‘valued sentiment’ that I speak of is my constant reminder of those who died for their country and left behind families who weren’t allowed to close out their feelings that created so much grief. This same sentiment that forges my pursuit to carry on my legacy, where somebody, somewhere, will appreciate the sacrifices these young men made, will not be in vain. The book, the story, the pain, and the nightmares are all part of this ongoing saga that demonstrates the power of communication. Through my discussion, I can harness the peace in knowing that no one is ever wholly understood, and no one is ever without fault.
