I recently watched some tictoks of a lady who has different journals for different purposes. One for reflecting on her childhood, day-to-day life, and so on. I thought it was a good idea and got a few small journals. When I look back at my old journal entries I forget how much I don’t normally think about. I try to set a writing schedule but sometimes I mess up. I think combining this journaling process with making it more interactive and creative can make me remember to write more often. Like using different stationary items, or turning them half way into scrapbooks too.
Your creative approach to journaling to stay in touch with what and why you think the way you do is commendable. This writing approach is what you need to stay current and not be swayed by outside influencers who have no vested interest in you. If you remain vigilant by standing firm on your convictions, your left hand will follow your right hand, and all accounts of your sanity will be intact. Bow to no one! Become your own person! Stay true to yourself! Become the exception, and not the rule! If you think differently you will act differently! Be that inspiration that everyone looks up too!
