In this precise instance, ‘The Constitution’ should be the living document that is unabridged, uncompromised, and free of bias. This selfish reference to the ‘Constitution’ to use boldly, defy, and undermine the masses is a travesty. If the ‘Constitution’ continues to be this misguided interpretation of lawful and just, anarchy will rise, and rise it has in the now of our present government.
The evolution of time over centuries of change underscores the relevance and importance of this piece of legislation. Therefore it must be modified, altered, and even rewritten to apply fairly to all without bias of any kind. These sanctions, of fact, provide some measure of ‘fair completion’ that molds the embodiment of a people scorned as the righteous rise up. The Constitution wasn’t written to benefit people of color because they were never a serious consideration. People of color were slaves, but people of color were indeed prisoners of war, in my estimation. As I’ve read the Constitution many times, the thoughts are consistent with dominance, control, and exclusivity. The rights of people must be held up as a law of equal rights for all. Even though a revision of the Constitution occurred in 1992, this document’s core values fall into a category of extreme difference and bias. Where the record is fundamentally clear, the interpretation is manipulated and misused for the convenience of those who are currently corrupt and treasonous and who happen to be the descendants of this meaningless document.
