Think
Become who you are destined to be.

By now, many of you might have asked the question, ‘Have I been the best person I can be?” Well, I know I haven’t, which is why it’s so important to reevaluate your life because you may find that a major overhaul is required. So, here comes the information that hopefully gets your attention because your reflections are your prevention.

Why does it take time, such as this, when your higher power becomes your go-to? Why do we take tomorrow for granted? Why do we abuse and misuse? Why aren’t relationships nurtured and held sacred? Why is there a lack of respect for our fellow man? Why does humility escape us? Why do we think that we know everything? Why do we blame everyone for our mistakes? Why do we hate others? Why is jealousy a significant part of our thinking regimen? Why is love so hard to give? Why don’t we value the opinions of others? Why aren’t we more supportive? Why do we procrastinate so much? Why is it that our health only becomes essential when we get sick? Why are material things more important than your appreciation for what you have now? Why is wrong so easy to practice? Why do we want everything for nothing? Why can’t intelligence be accepted without bias? Why do we believe the bad over the good? Why are unimportant things so damn important? Why is it easier to tell a lie than to tell the truth? Why does your sense of reason become so uncommon? Why is your truth challenging to face?

I ask why? Because our challenges now force us to STOP and reflect, hope for and wish for, how long will it take after the storm will you embrace what’s important? Why are we master manipulators? You see, this beat can go on and on because you already know the song.

If we embraced these ideals and changed something about ourselves, the world would indeed become a better place. So, don’t continue to be the wolves’ caller and assume everyone will be there when help is truly needed. Learn from this experience. Lessons occur every day, but we choose to ignore them because we already know everything. Become less combative and more compassionate. See yourself as an imperfect being who can change for the better, but only if you want to change. So let it be written, so let it be done!

Therefore, today and every day, I am reflecting and taking notes. Because as I write, I’m thinking, and when I think, I’m planning and looking at myself critically.

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening.
