Trump and Sessions continued their malicious tirades by dismantling everything President Obama had done, and by no surprise. Not long ago, Attorney General Sessions opened up the idea by reversing a ruling placed by President Obama regarding ‘private prisons’ that will ensure massive economic gains for the rich. As a result, states across the country are begging for inmates, and the radical pool of racism will overflow.
It’s no secret who these inmates will be, which is why the mindfulness of all in this game to remain dominant must be held as a continuous enactment to disenfranchise, punish, and kill people of color. More than ever, the sea of greed is expanding, and poor people will be drowning again. The hairdos to enrich white males have been established, and the message should be resonating that the worst is yet to come.
Our young people must be vigilant in their pursuit of staying out of harm’s way by exercising all restraints to remain free. Racism couldn’t be any more explicit when Trump campaigned and told the world what his true intent would be. Money and more money are the ‘cry,’ and he’s not apologizing for it. So, what can we do to ride out this time in our history? Become smarter! Stay abreast of what’s happening! Would you please get involved in rebuilding our political base? Stick together —seems to be the biggest problem. Call on your pastors and local politicians to fight back, or face the consequences of defeat in our future elections. If you’re not a practical solution, you’re a substantial part of the problem. Don’t get mad by cussing, fussing, and complaining in front of your television sets; instead, become boastful by carrying your message of ‘No More.’ The dawning of a new day will be upon us, and the question that is so prevalent will be, Will you be ready?
