This racially driven platform that Byron Allen has embarked upon speaks to us as a people who are again an endangered species. Endangered by the fight, we continue to pursue those who protect our fundamental human rights. Who would think in 2020 that the issue of racial equality is still a threat to blacks by the Department of Justice and sanctioned by the ‘White House ‘? Such an embarrassing sense of racial bias that I can hardly believe the hatred that has ‘trickled down’ since 2016, when this political debacle took root, and many people got on board for the thrill of it all, electing #45.
Let us pay close attention to the fight that Byron Allen has taken on and support his gallant efforts. The next stop is the Supreme Court, which will determine the legality and protection of our civil rights as people of color. Sadly, on March 23, 2020, Mr. Allen lost his racial discrimination case with the U.S. Supreme Court as he failed to prove discrimination charges against Comcast.
