I see these dispensers as a ‘cash cow’ for whites and a death sentence for blacks that feeds into disassociative behavior. By definition, dissociative behavior is a mental disorder that involves a disconnection and a lack of continuity between your thoughts, your memories, your surroundings, your actions, and your identity. In short, it is an escape from reality—a problem many already have.
The modern-day rave is the legalization of marijuana dispensaries. Is this the calm before the storm that will again decimate and deprive people of color? More than likely, the procedures taken to purchase are indicative and expressly guided to pigeonhole blacks and limit further access to universal entitlements. This indictment calls for purchases made with a state ID and other forms of identification that will cripple black growth upon purchase and virtually label you as a drug user while removing your access to firearms, jobs, and much more. With checks and balances that follow all government control and scrutiny, the outcomes are never good, and all people of color will suffer for it. With no legal rights to ownership of one of these dispensaries, blacks can purchase but NEVER own. With the billions of dollars that these dispensary owners have already earned, greater control is imminent, and the futures of blacks become dimmer, leading us into an abyss.
Everyone of color needs to wake up. Blacks have been grossly manipulated about having no place to call home and no safe havens to lay our heads and put up our feet. We’ve known nothing but the execution from all various forms, and still, we fall for the ‘Okie Doke.’ The country’s leaders allow radical discord as people of color are hoodwinked, bamboozled, kicked to the curb, and outright disrespected, and NOW all of that has escalated to being killed at will. When will enough be enough? What will it take for you as a single-bodied individual to handle YOUR business and leave the company of others to them? So, rise! Wake up! Take notes! Pay attention and plan your sustaining grace. If you must do drugs to escape, stay with your local, on the corner dealer, but buyer beware!
