
A Life in crisis is a life of confusion and doubt. A persistent problem is a predisposed acceptance because one expects to be bound and removed from their realities. During a mid-life crisis, one reaches a pivotal point of old doubt, which continues to mount and expand with aging. As mid-life becomes that aging ‘bookmark,’ the focus shouldn’t be getting older but getting smarter. With every other number that brought you to this day of reckoning, your accurate recognition should be your ability to live like one who has blazed a few trails, and along the way, something of measure has taken place. Age is just a number rescinded by the way we elect to think. That chosen thinking regimen can be positive or negative. Which have you chosen?
The illustration above is an example of the aging sequence. Having that moment of reality, when age creeps up, never forget that the dreams can continue, but your dreams versus reality are two different concepts. To dream and wish for something that you know to be out of reach can be taken in stride based on your maturity level. Wanting to play a professional sport beyond forty is not my idea of what father time represents. The representation of time is relevant because it calls upon your acceptance and willingness to look at where you are now. Selecting a path that is age ready is the commonality of having commonsense.
