For years, the societal norm was attending your church of worship as everyone came together for unified prayer, song, and thanksgiving. As this may be your norm for Sunday morning, let’s think of another way to change the idea of a Sunday morning.

Sundays could be seen as the end of your week or seen as the beginning of a new week. Whatever use you find for Sundays to revisit your past, or plan your upcoming week, make it different and useful and then ask yourself this question, what can I do differently this week that I didn’t do the week before? Did you make some mistakes, and what should you do to avoid carrying those mistakes into next week, next month, or the next year? If you repeat mistakes, you are satisfied with remaining who you are and what you do. Therefore, improvement is crucial, and without your reflection, you are destined for failure or feeling incomplete.
In a world of domestic and foreign affairs, we have been called upon to reflect on our pride. The top decisions were not created to advantage the poor or middle-class, but it was made to dismantle, reshape, and redefine. The extreme measures designed to control, manipulate, and shackle are the tenets forced upon us. To say we have no control, or no voice, isn’t authentic, and rather than that, it is incumbent upon us all to VOTE these treasonous obstructionists out of the office and bring America back to civility.
Since this original post on December 16, 2017, over three years have passed into a new decade. November 2020, the election for a president was upon us, and nothing about this event has been worthy of merit. This administration is a disgrace and a virtual slap in the mouth to all Americans, but there are devout supporters despite the shameful decisions made by this president. As reality will never reach the eyes and ears of many, the result will be as devastating for them as it will be for other non-supporters. What drives those supporters who stoically and unapologetically follow this president’s lead is beyond me, but the message’s undertone is pure hatred, bias, envy, and greed. I grew up to respect everyone until I was no longer regarded. But today, in our current political climate, those in Washington could care less. A people divided will NEVER win the battles surrounded by arrogance and ineptness. This America is an exciting look into what ruin will look like if Trump is reelected.
