The Narcissist

Posted on 1 minute read

Truly a psychological condition, narcissism exists for many of us, but what separates marginalized narcissism from what is considered abnormal? OBSESSION! The difference in selecting who it affects can vary from one person to the next, and when an individual develops a god-like existence, the problem has occurred. A sharply rigid parallel for those who fall into an obsessive state of mind asks yourself this question. When you think you have all the answers, [God] will change the issue, and the trajectory of your self-image becomes vilified. Would this be a competition you would enter into as an all-knowing individual? If so, you could be a narcissist of an extreme nature!

In more depth, a narcissist sees himself more than what he is, and as a result, he creates an entirely different image for all to see and admire. In his mind, he becomes his legend, his monarchy, and expects those around him to bow to his perceived greatness. At the beginning of a selfish journey, this behavior, this individual, sets his sights on creating a hierarchy of dominance, control, and manipulation.  As deceit and corruption become his trademark, arrogance builds, and denial of wrongdoing looms.
