Challenges : How To Handle

Posted on 2 minute read

challenges are healthy
Challenges are what make life enjoyable.

All that you want resides on the other side of being difficult. Anything worthwhile needs a plan; carrying out that plan is essential to reaching those goals. Therefore, what’s hard is doing things others aren’t doing to maximize effort and performance. The effort is looking at what you have and figuring out how to better your condition and situation. During my lifetime, my focus was to be the best within my immediate circle and then expand the idea of being the best across other divides. To live my best life physically, emotionally, and intellectually is the beginning of an immediate assessment of those needs. Once you acknowledge the need for improvement, the practice to fulfill that improvement creates the difference you seek.

Becoming a mature adult and a world-class athlete takes time and practice. It is no secret that you get what you pay for, and trying to edge the corner to avoid payment won’t get the job done. So, instead, the trail you elect to travel should be the one with new challenges and unexplored territory where your mark is left for others to examine and pursue. What’s hard should become an adventure that determines your character and psychological makeup. The mind you train to respond mindfully will be the same one that harnesses the best of who you are in all situations.

Wow… this was an on point read for me this evening. As I sit back and reflect on myself, my life, and how I plan to move forward with the way I think mentally, emotionally, and the ways I’ve responded to life challenges, to try and put everything in perspective for a better me, I acknowledge my need for improvement. All my shortcomings, where I went wrong at, and not having genuine people around me to love and support. But I’m still standing, I made this choice to improve myself for a reason, and I can’t go back to the people, habits, or situations that wasn’t helping me evolve. I have to constantly keep reminding myself WHY I even decided to move forward… to create a better life for myself.
