Breaking Down Anger

Posted on 2 minute read

Breaking down the components of anger depends on the causes and their severity; however, the reasons can be complex due to the players in this game of chance over emotional exchange. Using the term ‘I am angry’ invites an explanation of why, followed by an identification of the reason or source. Once you know and understand the reason, determine if this cause can be remedied by you alone. This intense annoyance, displeasure, or hostility can also be described as using anger as an excuse to employ separation and isolation. As we grow older, the chance of changing anything becomes more difficult because we have become more comfortable with our anger and the perceived advantages of isolation. Many who subscribe to embracing anger are running away from their reality. Facing the truth in any living environment can be impossible because the person affected wishes to be left alone.

Breaking down negative characteristics and those identifiable traits can help determine positive outcomes. Anger, one of the most debilitating emotions imaginable, grows when the reasons aren’t resolved. Know your truth to understand your position in life, because anger punishes and cripples the human mind, carrying many negative vibrations that create a never-ending cycle of unresolved issues. People are angry in today’s world because the idea of control no longer exists. Losing the chance to control is a major part of our reality, with lasting effects on others. Once a pattern of anger persists, a part of you becomes the demon in your fantasy.
